I've never got the 5k kick that people on here bang on about tbh. Tbh at about 5k the engine sounds crap so I've already changed gear (this is whenever I drive a 172 etc)

For £3500 you'll get a really really nice 172 /182 That is a decent budget.

I have HEL ones, I bought them directly from HEL, only to find out afterwards that basically EVERYONE ELSE is cheaper! I've only got them on the front though as they c**ked up & sent me 172 ones for the rear :rolleyes: I've got the correct ones now, but never had chance to fit them on. Tbh...

My dad's got one, he's had it for about 12 years, 52 reg one, factory sat nav & 100% standard etc. He'll never sell it though, not that he really likes it etc, he just talks sh*t when I speak to him. He keeps on about Porsches etc, but he will never buy one.

It looks nice on the Passat CC / Scirroco twisty wheels :approve: they look a sweet option for not mega money.

I'd just leave it alone tbh, spend the money on a new TV or some hookers or something.
