Sticking solenoids Alex, nothing to do with the battery. Simple fix (shows I know all about her ;)) undo the three bolts that look to hold the lock into the door skin. Spray in some WD40. Lock and unlock manually using the key. Retighten up the bolts and it will work. They are known for...

Take it to a body repair shop and ask them how much they are going to rape you for. It might sound harsh, mate, but that is the only thing you can do. "Going at it with a hammer" is even more stupid, than not asking for insurance details of the other party after a bump. Lesson learned fella.

It doesn't Alex, just talked to Gally about looking at them, but never got out to see one properly. You know you only get to know a car, colour and it's lines when you wash/detail it. Would have been nice, s'all :( ;)
