I forgot about that rear spoiler on the GP, so that's the coloured mirrors, the wheels & the spoiler I don't like, oh I also think that having the number of it on the outside (on the roof - it's not a Police vehicle ffs) looks cack. With those bits sorted I really like them.
Can you imagine it on a track though ? You'd have to be pedal to the metal all the time, that must be the only car you can nail flat out round corners ! Even then it would still get beaten.
It know track cars aren't all about massive power etc, but that's got to be a joke.
^ tbh having read lots on the AV forum, i'll not really notice the stuff they mention, most on there are proper geeks !
I only looked to see what they said, all they've done is fill my brain with geek stuff :dapprove:
Ah ok, the phase 2 rear will look nice on your car, the rear bumper especially.
With regards to the phase two lights, they can be had from most places for about £30, some charge more though, don't pay that.
This is one on a phase1 car (it's not mine, just nicked from PH) The same boot will fit yours too.
As long as they wrap it up well it'll be ok. Tbh you will have to get it all painted anyway (even if you do find one in the same colour as your car) as paint shades differ - even if they are...
Coming along well now, the paint doesn't look that bad in some of the poics, I noticed the swirls on the boot, but the wings & doors look really clean, are they swirled up too ?
^ I agree, but tbh it depends on what folk class low mileage as. I know of a vee on about 100 miles, to me that car will need a lot of work on it soon as it's never used.
I reckon about 5k p.a. is average for them, as long as they are used about once/twice a week & given a run they will be...
Very true, I guess to most folk a Scooby is the be all & end all (sort of bench mark if you like) tbh. We all know that not all Scoob's are fast.
It's like when you see a Saxo with a claimed 1100 bhp (ok i've exagerated lol) then they say sh*t like 'complete scooby slayer' No need tbh.
Also...
Ain't that the truth !! I've just spent ages looking on there & other places at reviews. You are so right about not actually buying anything if you read too much.
^ Cheap insurance insurance isn't always the best though. Also it's worth checking the excess & voluntery excess, plus what the policy actually covers.
I do agree that the OP can get better though.
Chris is right dude, if folk pay 17k now for a 200, this time next year it'll be 14k or a bit less.
The only way to lose less on them is to not pay the rrp in the first place.
Depends what you want the car for tbh, vee's aren't as bad as folk say they are !
I don't know how old you are etc, but I pay £600 f/c on it, i'm 29 now, but i've always paid under a grand on it, even at 26 when I got one.
If you are looking at a two seater that will hold it's value, then a mK2 Vee would be my choice.
Or if I wanted a normal car, an E46 M3, get a lovely one for 15 -16k now.
I like the GP but hate the wheels on it & the red mirrors (which go with noting on the car !) A mini to me is ok, but at...
^ Lol, it's looking that way now.
I won't be buying from either of those dude, they get can't near to the prices I can (I guess they would on a price match) but I hate both shops anyway (mainly because they employ retards)
Nice edit there, but I read it before it changed.
He won't be insured if he doesn't declare them, that's all, no if's of buts on it.... now you've changed you tune since post 11, lol !!
