These are plug and play if they are the standard 172/182 xenon headlamps, not a conversion. However, 395 is double what you need to pay. You can have mine for 350!

Presume you are with O2? If so, would suggest going into settings>general>network>cellular data network> then make sure that the APN and username/password are correct.

No need to dry the car. Perfect results cone from a decent amount of lube and back and forth action. Not side to side. The warm water really isn't required. It doesn't take much to warm a piece of clay up. More time spent tunning the tap and getting a bowl out.

I tend to leave the car wet, doesn't affect the clay and saves time, plus it can also be useful to have more lubricant (i.e. water) on the panels to prevent more marring. Once clayed I re wash the car. Buffing off can cause more scratches than it is worth. The lubricant washes off very easily.
