Cracking cars, i've got a real thing for AMG & Black Series Merc's at the min. I've been to Merc World - tbh I almost needed new underpants.

Street Fighter is ace, I used to love smashing up the Merc, that PS is pretty funny. - mince means awful by the way.

It happens quite a bit. The Silver or Black 182 Trophy's are the rarest of them all ;)

Most of them are very good, there are ways & means of them removing dents. I'd call one up tbh.

If they aren't overly bad a dent dude will be able to remove them, he won't need to fill or paint anything. If you've got a local one, give him a bell.

Did that opn my old dears car, she had a light scuff on it, she asked me to go & do it. It came out nice.

I think that a wrap would have been so much better. I really hope that the car was a recorded silver car that they resprayed, if not they've ruined a nice car. I have seen pics of an Acid mk1 vee, that looks nice. I don't know if it's a wrap or not though.

Just asking out of interest here... I'm one of those people who only ever cleans their car about half a dozen or so times a year. I just don't have the time to do it more & tbh the local car washer dudes (not supermarket bods, sod that !) aren't all that. When I do clean it I find the time to...

I like the sound of the tunepoint thingy (i'm not into stereo's & technology at all) but I really don't fancy giving up the cd changer. My car has a tape deck (tuner list) and a changer. I'd only want to plug the ipod in every now & again, what stuff would I need to buy ?

I think so too. Tbh the Vee engine is a bit on the lazy side. I'd rather go for a 2.0 with a turbo or s/c.

I'm not fully sure on the chassis bit (my memorys gone on that bit lol) All frp's started out as normal puma's (which are based on the fiesta) Then they were taken to the Tickford factory, taken apart & the wide arches etc were put on and each one was pretty much made at loss iirc.

Yep satin paint, prep them up well etc & they'll (hopefully) come out ok. It's the coating on the silver ones that makes them go grubby, stripped down & repainted + lacquered up they look loads better. I need to get mine sorted.

Paint your silver (phase 1) items black, they'll look nice & won't look grubby like the silvers ones often do. I've also heard that they can't be swapped between phases.

Re: wiring a sub There are a few threads on here, it's worth a search tbh.

The original sport ones aren't all that at all tbh, they are also made of a material that makes Tesco's value toilet paper look good. The branded up ones look nice (the new ones out) I've not idea of the quality of them though.

I really like it, especially the dash etc the mods look sweet too:approve: I much prefer the standard wheels though, those one look a bit too 'hardcore' for it, but I guess they make it stand out form the others :)

I love them ! Very rare to see one on the roads :cool: As they are quite sought after they hold their value really well too.
