Stevie, yes that looks to be a decent deal. I am not a fan of Dodo products (because I need to get with the times according to Paul ;) x).
Application can be with your hands for minimal loss of product from transfer onto applicators, or a megs applicator pad...

Yeah it is very useful fella. It is great when dry to get rid of polishing dust in cracks as well. I must confess to owning two, one dry, one for liquids etc.
Yeah hologramming. That means that you have pushed the polish, rather than using circular movements. Typically caused by claying or harsh drying movement.
That will all come out with a good machine polish.
