Welcome back Scuttle blockage is most common issue for damp inside this time of year so yeah sort that and you should be good Gear issue would check basics first, so check and either top up or replace fluid in the box and realign linkage

I run mine at this heigh with zero issues and i have run it lower as well when trying to look cool and again no problem.

I'd pop the ride height back to what it was on the eibach, so raise the coilovers up back to that intially, front and rear then if still there, remove the wheel spacers and ssee again basically, remove each change you made in sequence to see what the cause is it could easily be shaft as well...

Good work, been running same setup for years on my 15" superleggeras. The original Speedline Maracanas also fit over them so loads of clearance with the Wilwoods
