the whole things a mess tbh, but its got leathers in I want for the turbo and the engines a cammed up F7R with supersprint, so money to be made selling that on as well
ai don't see many of them in brooky, its a bit of a mess though bless it, some muppet stuck some god awful side skirts on it, which a subsequent owner ripped off..........literally, tore half the side of the car off, lol!
As Tom mentioned, I got a shotgun ride out in his (incidentally very tidy) bean the other day to check out scorpion's work
Initial impressions are favourable, the exhaust gives a very quiet idle from start, nothing more than a burble from the tailpipes and pretty much silent inside. Under usual...
the engines look identical from the top bar the Williams has a tubular manifold, the valver has a cast one
the fact this bloke has 'told you' what it is and you mention it has a valver manifold on it makes me think he could of pulled a fast one and its a 1.8 lump in there.

ai, I'm fairly sure the neighbours will be getting pretty pissed off soon with 4 mk1's a 172 and a 182 lying about in various states of disrepair, lol!
love this car so much and top work on flying the xerus flag, there's like just me, you and one chap over Mansfield who has my old F4R'd one that I know of with them :)
be great to see it out and about on track this year, are you booked to Bedford on the 19th of next month?
it is a genuine valver, its even a phase 1 (well 1.5) but all I want from it is the leathers and to make some cash. however as said the shell is spoken for already to be used by a mate of mine :)
not strictly true. I have two 'breakers' in that I don't want or need this summer. however its sort of going the other way now as even though both shells are ratty and need work. they are both sold to be used for other projects!
so in some ways its a good thing, they'll get a new lease of life :)
