Cheers. Mines got a mk1 vee spolier on it (same as a normal 172) I looked at getting a mk2 vee/trophy one, but they are hard to come by & pricey:dapprove:
The spoiler he has on his is from the clio v6 trophy series race cars, normally I hate that spoiler, but as he's got the splitter & those...
I love that car so much, I love the wheels on it especially.
I've not seen him on here, when he was selling a few months back he said it would go with the standard engine in it. He wanted a fair bit for it, I guess he decided to keep it.
Fpmsl @ that pic !!
Kissmyrs - I'll keep an eye out for you dude, might see you rollin in the range tomorrow ?
I get the train to work :dapprove: So the vee only comes out some evenings & weekends :)
Saw an st 500 in my local supermarket the other week, very nice inside.
That one sound utterly bonkers ! Take the stripes & wheels off of that one & it'll look better. The wheels look to be scobby P1 a like ? They suit the p1, but imo not the st.
This morning about 8.30 am in Rush Green, Romford. Plate something like Shanu ?? (only caught a glimpse of it)
I've never seen a csl on the road at all. Sadly I was on a bus going to work, if I was in my car i'd have beeped you.
- I know it's not a clio I saw, I wasn't sure where to put this.
+1 Neil, it's well worth doing a search.
I had a mint valver ages ago, I looked into getting a 172 or a 172 cup, decided that the 'step up' wasn't great enough, so bought a fiat coupe 20vt, good times !
Some cars came with factory fitted kits on them, the majority were fitted afterwards though, having said that, they are very rare.
There were also about 16 or so factory Dimma'd Williams !
Engine wise, i'm almost certain they were standard.
A normal service isn't that pricey imo, insurance for me is sub £700 so not bad all, tax is £210 for a year (at the min)
People who buy them don't expect them to be cheap to run by any means. Those who get one & can't afford the up keep of it either just make do, or sell it.
