did it myself, take your time and you can get just as good effect as a bodyshop, with tiny costs comparitively....

you dont wanna know what he has . . . . db7 vantage volante, rs6 estate, old rs4 estate, the new rs4 soft top, focus rs, clio v6, and several fezzas. hes just a kid at heart, most of my wish list!!

friends dad just bought the soft top. you think hes going to loose it but the 4x4 keeps the car very inline, and the "squeezing" recaros keep you in the seat!!

just got my alloys fitted today from Has and now it wont start. the starter motor ticks over and seems like its about to rev and start and is alive for about 1 second and then drops and dies. . . dont think its battery, or the starter because it all ticks over as it usual does, just doesnt...

if i lower my car by putting lowering springs on (either 40 or 60mm) am i gonna have problems in the future, ie needing to replace the dampers? looking at getting them fitted along with the 172 wheels bought off Has but worried about handling and damage issue with just new lower springs...

as above, how much should i be paying for someone to lower my car by about 35-40mm? and where is there in leeds to get it done?? swear i live in worst place for cheapish bodyshops!! thinking 40mm and Has's set of mint 172 wheels will complete the look... opinions welcome.... cheers jamie
