Had to order a few parts.
Intake air temp sensor, aeroquip brake unions for the pedal box, Bosch EV14 plug connectors to repin the loom and some coolant blanks.
Throttle cable is routed, just needs finishing off at the throttle body end.
Fitted all the sensors I needed to the throttle body...
Yeah I have but I don’t think the K20 responds that well to ITBs or at least with a mild spec engine. Only what I’ve skim read so could be wrong.

Mounted my FPR and brake fluid reservoir.
I’ve misplaced 2 unions to connect the hoses to the reservoir which is annoying 🤦🏻♂️

Buttoned up a few loose ends.
Painted in side the strut tower, undersealed, Subframe on, 3rd dog bone mount fitted, Coolant system in, exhaust manifold and down pipe on, Carbon AC panel fitted, strut brace and strut top adjuster on.

Kit is Ok/questionable in my eyes. If you wanted to get one together quick it’ll be perfect.
The gearbox/chassis mount is 5mm think and the chassis leg is like 1mm box section, so welding the together was hard work. Glad I got someone to do it rather than me.

I love the build as much as driving it so wouldn’t change it but.... I do look back to my RS2 spec and think I should of left it 😂
reliability is key to enjoyment of track days and I think the RS2, EFi map and quafie diff is a really good achievable base...
Few milestones achieved recently.
Finally got the thermostat and bottoms coolant hose sorted with clearance from the rad.
Brakes are sorted hopefully now as the discs were hard up against the calipers on the inner section. Wheel studs are loctited on and torqued up.
And it’s back on...
