Lol, sod tesco's value insurance ! I was going to say, some on here have cheap(er) insurance not just because of the usual stuff (ncd, age etc) they have a high excess too. Thankfully i'm an old moany git so that bit doesn't apply to me.

greenlight don't cover them anymore iirc. I remember years ago when I called up a few places for a quote, the cup was actually cheaper than the normal 172.

Personally i'd go for the cup with a set of after market seats in it. If your worried about side airbags etc get a normal 172.

no difference tbh. Look for the maker 'auto art' that's what halfrauds & the like sell. I got mine from body kit.co.uk (I went for R-304) they're cheaper than the shops are. A pic Another one

If you buy this n00bs car you will only live to regret it, hold out till a decent one comes along, or get a cheaper one & do it yourself :) If you take your time sourcing the bits you'll probably find a few bargains.
