+1 The only thing i'd change on the car would be to do the brake calipers a different colour (either black or silver) then get the ap decals for them.

I think both are ex RUK cars, I think the start of the reg plate points to that. Strange how my rents went to view one of them ages ago, unless it was a different 02 reg exclusive.

The was an 02 reg one on piston heads the other week. Years ago my parents went to view one at renault ilford, that car was on an 02 plate too. There's either more than two on an 02 reg or those two get about a bit. As for a dealers trying to sell one for 8k :eek:

They did make a 5.0 astra, obvioulsy not that thing. The opel v8 dtm astras ran 5.0 engines.

They're the snidey ones. The price gives it away. Real silvatecs are something like £15 a pair. I personally wouldn't want to fit the snide ones.

I'm not convinced on the carbon pods, it could work. I quite like mine as they are on my pov spec mk1 ;) (the same colour as the car) There was yeah, it was a cat D with a cheap rear job hence the bonnet & lack of zenons. I though it looked odd tbh.

They sell them on ebay, it's a richbrook one. They're about £15 iirc. I think it's smart :)
