@jp_lcr dipping your toes into the JDM auction pond at a very expensive time! I can't help you out with UK importers but pick someone that has good communication and has lots of experience. Even some of the best looking auction sheets have red flags which can easily be missed. Best of luck!

Been in Canada about 5.5 years now - Moved for a better more relaxed lifestyle - Winters are a little nippy but I dont mind that, we get a nice summer and winter contrast!

V6 does turn some heads but to be honest the Mazda Rx7 get the most attention when I am out and about. Mark has/had some great cars there are some absolute crackers out of the auctions in Japan.

\ There have been a few road trips to BC over the years it is a beautiful part of the world! All RHD's from Japan are Selespeed, the LHD's are manual. That is probably why you have only see the selespeed.

Moved into a new place which has some good garage space - R34 Skyline and Evo 6 will be in the nest shortly!

I engaged the seller, as i'm in the market for a clean RB. There isn't much movement on the price. So I didn't chase it any further. As said, very much on the high side but someone might come along and take it.

The exhaust has arrived in Canada. Looks like it was test fitted and had one heat cycle through it. Like new condition and the welds look amazing. I'm delighted!

They have been importable for around 18 months-ish. I only know of a couple in eastern Canada, I’d be surprised if there were more than 5. Most of the Japanese auction 147 GTA’s go back to Europe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They are all out of Auction in Japan When a Megane R26R is legal I might get one from the UK so i'll hit you up for some shipping options when we get there! We see quite a few land rover defenders coming into Canada, yes the prices are a little nuts! Demand is high for them.
