i have looked at the spark plugs & the oil is on the porcelain & the nut part of the plug. the electrodes of the plugs are more or less the proper colour (with no oil on them) it appears, oil has come in from the top of the rocker cover on to the plugs. the water & the oil are the right...

the car does have oil pressure, even when it died on me the 1st time, the oil pressure was still there, which i thought was odd as normally i thought it dropped to zero with the car off. the oil pressure seemed to be fine (on the guage at 1st) although, when i let it idle the light flickered...

one of my brothers teachers used to have a mk1 in red ! i never knew it was soo rare !!

i got blue vision bulbs as well with mine, from powerbulbs, they do not give a blue tint at all (god knows how considering the glass is blue) and also i cant see any visible difference between the normal bulbs & the philips ones ! (my headlights are correct btw)
