I bought some cheap 'pattern' dampers for my cup once, they lasted 3 months before pissing oil all over the floor. PM Renault Wolverhampton, buy proper ones.

I plugged the normal manual leveller into my Xenons and it works just fine. I've passed two MOTs since installation too.

I find Synology NAS boxes to be very good.

Mine had a lot of rust/road dirt on the inner side of the thread on the hub. Run a tap through the holes.
