Mostly used over prep Dave. On the Clio the paint was still smooth since I clayed it.
I wouldn't expect it to be resisting too much tbh but minor tar probably. It's a super slick product.
It was still beading and sheeting like new when I sold it. That was over tripple. If it's going to fail...
I'm not really sure what the fack it has. Most people don't buy exhaust systems for performance they buy they for some noise. So i'm not sure I see your point.
In saying that. I agree milltek quality is poor but they can make systems that work so quietly at low revs and then come to life. No...
GT are usually best for me. £7/8 posted pretty much for 100ml which will last quite a while. I've used loads mate.
TC is just a basic style product hence there being 5 versions of it sold by different companies.
Kinda different and the same. Imo C2 offers more a nano style sheeting and beading and seems to last better.
As I said before even on a dirty car the C2 was still beading and sheeting to a crazy standard. I actually have a video i'lll need to upload for you guys.
Glad the sound came across well. You can't drive it in 1st or 2nd on the 3rd stage of the map. Simply impossible to pull away without doing 8000rpm. Stage 2 is just a bit easier but both need to be in 3rd to let them work best I found.
The burble and overrun popping makes my 4cly thing sound...
Runs a 3 stage map, H&R coils and Non res Milltek.
The rear diffuser came like that from the previous owner. I'm guessing he wanted to make it look more modern Audi.
Title was a mouthful, just how I like it...
Anyway, little family favour this one and I got to spend a day and a bit with the car, detailing and a nice drive. It's a simply epic car, really just does everything so well, except pass a petrol station.
I'll let the pics do all the talking...
Tripple mostly mate on the last couple of details mate. Including the Trophy I had. It was beading and sheeting through a layer of destruction dust. (local company smashes ups rocks)
It's not Cquartz but it takes 15 minutes to coat a full car giving probably 6 months worth of protection. It's...
Hmmm, the protection will still be there mate, IX/Tardis won't affect that. It would just lose it's own properties maybe. But another layer or 2 of Reload/wax it'll be perfect. Make sure reload is the top layer of course because wax cannot touch those products for protection. You could email...
I think you're leaving it too long mate. Roughly 2 panels at a time imo on most waxes apart from Swisswax and maybe 1or2 AF ones.
Definitive also had a decent one for setting. Most however cannot be left on the car long.
Even have a look at Zymol instructions. It's like 1 panel at a time...
