Overboost has been around for ages. Not sure why Steve has such a hard on questioning it.
Suppose it's different to naming a car by a number then giving it 10bhp less... not great marketing at all...
Re: A Mini Adventure ...
Yeah not a fan of Dakar at all! Washed out crap!
Guy local has an E92 M3 in Dakar Black wheel chav spec, special edition thing. Just cheapens the whole thing!
Indeed. I would say however the ST is now moving on from warm hatch although it'll still be lower in insurance et al compared with the Clio.
But it's closer to a hot hatch than the last gen one.
Welcome Rachel. That's a nice name.
Look forward to pics. Oh and contact Rob if you need any advice, he's the Mark Wright of Essex... oh wait a minute...
It's always funny thinking these prestige owners actually see the chav boxes passig them at 3 figures in a 30. Probably too busy listening to Radio 2 and holding a conversation with the passenger. Probably heated seats on wafting away.
I hate how they make them bigger and bigger. I spent more time trying to get to places rather than enjoying the game! Vice City was perfect imo!
Still looks amazing jizzy pants material...
Anyone has 2 old hex pads ones for sale? Half decent condition of course. Need White and Black until Dave at CG gets the White ones back in.
I'll order from CYC if I really need to but I grudge it!
My point being is BMW can't be seen to have an unreliable German car... hence they get s**t fixed quickly. The chap I know has to authorise hundreds of thousands of pounds of warranty every year and he's been shocked at the BMW side of things.
LandRover probably have slightly less claims in...
On another note, BMW warranty is one of the best as is their aftermarket, this is from a guy who has done warranty work for over 35 years now, almost retired. Barring LandRover, the BMWs are the worst for reliability.
The reason people don't see it is because they sort the issues quickly and...
Yeah there is running costs then there is mass depreciation.
I couldn't get a 20k bank loan knowing the minute I drove it out the garage I had lost quite a large sum of money. I'd find it easier "renting" it. Don't ask me why. Maybe it's the fact the Clio is imo expensive and it doesn't tickle...
Sign the agreement to take it away mate and get them change at a 3rd of the cost. That's shocking. You don't get large warranty on brakes so they can go f**k themselves.
