If I remember rightly if you are cautioned at the time it is unlimited, if you commit an offence and are not cautioned at the time 14 days.

Collected new V6 20th. Decmeber 2002. Called out AA on the 30th. December 2002, battery flat. Phoned Dealer on the 31st. December 2002 as he had not returned the call on the 30th. December 2002, telling him battery U.S. Says he has not one in stock and will take two to three days...

Buy a removal tool from Halfords or find a friend that has one or put a nail into each hole, and pull HU out. Hope this helps. All the best John V6
