Re: What have you ordered?
Deironizer is better value for money and Polished bliss got rid of Iron X for this stuff.
They both do the same job to be fair. Wolfs works better than Iron x on wheels as it was originally a wheel cleaner. Now safe on bodywork and wheels like iron x.
Indeed, not sure weather it'll be succesful moving to Turbo but there's only one way to find out.
I'm sure that's why people are talking about Renault having to Turbo their next R.S. model.
In testing... :D AE have a shocking PS but i'm not even going to post it!
Bloody rather exciting I must say! Even if it's not the Fiesta RS the petrolhead world is hoping for i'm sure it'll be a good car.
Lols!! That looks better than mine... I jest of course.
The costs to run a Puma are minimal apart from new parts. It's a 300% Fiesta iirc.
The Alcons can be serviced for £100 + some parts by the guy on the forum. He even sends back painted calipers!
£1000! You must be mental!
If you would like help getting that hook out your cheek I can be on a flight in 30 minutes. I'll see if I can use DK's private jet fleet.
Yeah i'd love it to be just a weekend car but unless money was no problem i'd rather have just one car that can do all. Like I said I know 2 people who run...
C2 is the LSP mate. Think of it as a spray wax/sealant.
I wouldn't use it with anything else. It's there to provide protection on it's own.
C2 on wheels would work fine mate, not quite sure how long they would last.
Why does hassle always have a way of finding you Dan?
I think he's clicked something when it was first plugged in, now everytime he does it, it's remembered.
Can't you just take it into Apple or the shop you bought it from? How far is apple from you?
Mk2 only mate. :) As cheeky as it sounds I always fancied the Mk2 and it looks much better.
Nah this thread wasn't about changing mate sadly! I also have a daughter that i'd have to stowaway in the front boot! :o
Daniel joking aside I always thought you would have one at some point not sure...
I quite like it's power tbh. There would be lots more threads about black ice/deers/diesel/unicorn piss and ditches if the vee had "a lot" more power. Just the wheelbase ect causing issues even at standard power in the wet. In the dry i'm sure it could handle more power.
Obviously I was in no way comparing the FRP and the Vee.
It would be a lovely upgrade to be fair. I also know 2 people who run them as daily cars. Which is pretty important to me.
Me and Ali spoke before about how similar the Frp and the Vee are. Mostly parts prices, how they were concieved...
Re: 'Sir_Dave's Caged, Cleaned & Toyed-with Shed Trophy Paedo Wagon
I thought Dave might have said it clashed with Le mans. I'll be at CSS anyway! We can talk filler and cough up dust! :o
My exhaust is fully standard and very raspy. You can usually tell if it's standard it'll have the exhaust tip with the bar in the middle. A lot of the piper ones and Milltek ones never had the middle bar.
@Goodj, indeed mate. I'll try the decat route and see how it goes.
The Blue one I should...
Isn't it the age old "everyone on CS wants evrything for nothing".
I remember the jew blabbing about it years ago! I still wouldn't pay 5k for the dudes car though! :o
It is a future classic I have no doubt about that and most for sale are still on decent miles.
Oh the FRP does sound good even standard but I need a little more noise. Possible decat although people tell me it'll make little difference as the standard exhaust is a sports exhaust with no...
Seriously?
That's utter pisch! If the orginal lasted the alloted time then the replacement should aswell! The work carried out should carry a larger guarantee than 12 months!
Indeed I agree but I just thought they'd maybe have some common sense and realise it's actually going to lose value by doing poor mods, I mean red grilles and crazy black tints? Seriously?
If anything he's actually shut off the engine sound to play his tooooons innit!
Revels it is a classic. I think it's common knowledge in the motor industry.
