"Lacquer" will make them shiny mate but it also protects from UV ect... if you want that Matte look then just leave them as they are.

Turnini's... i'm going to have to disagree the turinis look small imo.... 2118's in 17" ahem! Wood! But agreed i'd love it to be lower, never known a 4x4 to have zero body roll though so I shant complain too much. More for asthetics than anything else.
