Hmmm, not a great car to buy, Cat C, white wheels and a hard colour to non enthusiast. Give me a straight 182 instead.
Matt please don't assume all written off cars are repaired badly.
I am mate, obviously you didn't want to discuss it mate but I think I culd have helped you, glad you got it sorted though mate, nothing worse than it dragging out.
Assessors have very little interest in mods unless it's a massive exhaust or a massive air filter and to be fair they don't even open the bonnet. They have no clue mate.
I know because I am one. God forbid anyone actually gets me looking at their write off. :o
It's called cash in lieu mate. Sometimes it's not worth the hassle stripping ect... but some people just fix em up and fire them back on the road.
Actually was a little surprise they wrote it off but different assessors an all.
Looks fantastic guys, me and the OH are planning on driving to the Champagne region then dieppe, up the coast and back to Calais.
Shouldn't be too bad travelling wise. 12 hour straight drive from our house including the ferry so not even that far.
Re: What have you ordered?
I wouldn't use them on actual outer paintwork but it's up to you. They are Eurow ones so there are nowhere near bad quality.
I use mine for wheels, exhausts, shuts, interiors, engine bay ect..
Re: What have you ordered?
No worries mate, they are very good work cloths, I had to buy from Ebay once when I was desperate years ago.
Tim was moving house recently aswell and sometimes you don't get a mail for a day or 2. Also usually only once it's sent.
Unless you're a high roller like...
Thanks very much for that Dan, my usual motto is by the best to start with save buying twice.
Maybe I should listen to it! Do most camera's fit most tripods then?
