182s don't need a key to get the centre caps off.

If the wheel are not on the car, you could probs flip the wheel around and push the centre caps off from behind, they just pop off.

losen 4 wheel nuts, jack car up, undue 4 wheel nuts, put wheel on, do up wheel nuts, lower car back down, check wheel nuts are tight, repeat for 3 other wheels

TBH if you have no idea how to change a wheel i'd go to a garage.
