1. No
2. Depends on the condition of the plugs. Always use the correct plugs.
3. Yes
4. Yes (if you want)
5. Might need a cable.

  S3, Polo
OIL - Fully Synth 5W/40

PLUGS - NGK

FILTER - Genuine Renault

I'd buy from an auto factors and your friendly local dealer parts desk!

i would use genuine plugs as seen that non gen can cause running issues and melt the coil pack

just phoned renault.

cam belt aux belt kit fitted inc vat £570

to fit pas pump supplied by me, is an extra 3 hours £190 labour? i thought this should have been incorparated into the cam belt labour costs? of there abouts?

am i correct in thinking you can get to the water pump while doing the cam belt or the pas pump located else were on the engine?

WHAT???? i've never seen that after using many many sets of non "standard spec" plugs. Only possible reason for that I can think of would be using non resistor plugs.

Rough running in most cases is down to using the wrong spec or a s**t make like champion, and people who dont understand sparkplugs panic and talk crap about renault sparkplugs being amazing.

I'd expect to add 1-1.5 hours to change the PAS pump at the same time. There's quite a bit of bracketry and it's a messy job. The water pump assessible whilst doing the cambelt.
