Shame mate, a car that only 500 were made should never be broken, i'm sure someone will take the project on.
Of course the car is probably worth more in bits.
Thanks mate.
Would be a creacking buy from your missus to be honest. I'm sure you'd love the thing and the insurance wouldn't be as much of a killer, ie 1*2 prices so maybe something to think about.
New top and bottom front grille and front and rear Ford badges should be here today, need to...
The only stuff that any of the pro's will use is Swissvax opaque...

Do you want me to fix that bit for you? :o
Well yes it's not PTFE in it's truest sense is what i'm getting at. I'd like to see more about it though. Shield's showing 6 months protection.
PTFE is a buzzword used by cheap waxes and also know by expensive waxes.
Ptfe needs to be burned with extreme temps onto the surface. Think non stick frying pan, it'll never beocme non-stick.
The wax people claim this is what will happen to your car... it will not.
Swissvax shield and...
Jeez those little tin cans are quick, think they weigh a little less than the FRP aswell. The FRP is 11 years old and the engine itself is even older.
I can imagine what they would extract from a modern version.
The car doesn't feel slow to me but i'm lucky to have decent roads where I stay...
A DC5 would suit JD perfectly. It's on my list to own. Whatever I move to it'll be sub 10k. Also the mini GP and fire the back seats back in it. I heart those little things.
What are the 182 pace wise Tiny Turner?
Mines has done 100k mate yes. I looked at on on 75 before buying this and it was an utter dog.
Looking at the reciepts I have for the car I know I picked the right one, mileage is irrelevant if you know the history.
Turner it's more even about the experience of driving it, straight line speed...
I wouldn't turn up to a polo event with the olde' FRP popping and crackling away in the car park. :o
7.7 seconds to 60 mate.
Not sure on the 0-100 can't imagine it will be any good though.
Paintowrk detail mostly, Ali. Claying ect... 1 stage polish, cleanse, glaze ect.. full works. And some new parts to be added, new grilles, badges, door strikers. Headlight re-furb.
Will also included pictures of a bumper re-paint and possibly a bonnet re-paint. Haven't decided if i'm doing the...
Nice plate, nothing on V6.net Ali?
Lols I hope Bennets aren't repairing it! Oh dear that will not end well!
If you find out who the owner is Ali pass on my details i'll help him/her out.
Mate I paid 3150 more a year to insure with my insurance company to avoid Esure and CIS, they both always come up cheap so people just pick the first one that's cheapest without even reading the terms. I bet you didn't know that they will fit non genuine parts to your car or they'd rather spend...
I would insure with CIS if you paid me. A god awful company!!!!!!!
I work beside them ever day as an assessor and the way they treat customers is nothing short of shocking. The whole company needs a radical overhaul but it won't happen.
Avoid.
Fantastic work Jim, looked like a rather murky day aswell!
Back to it's best but that repair is terrible, even after all those hits there's no way to fix that kind of flat finish.
