Car will always appear to have oil in it if checked right away, as it's splashed all over the place in the engine lol Assume you used dip stick to check. A 1.2 TCE is quite new? Get it back to Renault, but if all appears good, if it was me i'd just leave it.

Did you check the oil level right after stopping? Or did you wait 10 mins or so?

Should be able to do 300 miles on a tank unless you do loads of town driving. Regularly put £45 in mine.

You just paid for a Aux belt change? Without the cambelt being done? Cambelt is due now, and the Aux will have to be done again. £240 for a service, new pads and Aux belt seams cheap to, can't be right.

Yes i think ph2 172 and 182s are the same Don't forget the aux belt kit will probs need changing to. How olds the car and what millage is it on?
