Maybe to compete on figures with the new Pug GTi 180 even thought the standard 172 is still faster, it all seems to be about figures these days rather then making it actually fast.

I think every Clio after 95 was MPI, thats from the phase 3 mk1 Clio (with the round headlights) onwards

Once its been resprayed mate you shouldnt have a problem, I read about it a while back on here with a lot of people having the same problem, rusting around the rear tail gate mostly though. The joys of owning a french car!

It is a common problem on the mk1 in that colour, doesnt the car come with a anti corrison warrenty, take it back and tell them you want the whole affected panels respraying

I live in Mansfield near Notts, Notts has the biggest cruise scene in the whole world! Went down with members of RSC club the other Sunday, ended up at Makro carpark in Notts, jam packed with cars and I mean packed, it was like rush hour going round Notts gettin to Makro!

Similar interests? Maybe in some ways but RSC has mix of cars like 19s, 5 GTT, 21 Turbos, Meganes, adds a bit of variety to the club.

Because RSC is very friendly and from the time Ive spent on here, this is not. But its just my opinion, this forum offers good advice its just that if you dont own a 172 people look down on you and as soon as you ask for advice on say a 1.4, 1.2 people tell you to stop modding that crap and buy...
