Again i'll point out 7k / 250 hours = £28 per hour. Okay it's a fair wage but there are a lot more professions in the world that earn more than that. I don't see what the big deal is.

I would suggest 90-100% correction once a year in summer. If you half do it to remove some of the swirls and no deep scratches do it twice if required. As JD said if you follow the procedures for washing without inflicting more damage your paint will survive a lot longer and not need polished...
