I could fix it but most bodyshops would just order a new bumper. If it was insurance you would put a new bumper on it but private you might repair it. Probably a 4hr repair maybe less.

It's not worth it for her to get and iphone, vodafone offered a very good deal because I already have a contract phone with them. The Nokia is vodafone only aswell and she's with o2 at the moment. o2 have a poor selection of phones apart from the iphone.

It's true tho, 3k is nothing in repair terms just now, most of the repairs i'm assessing these days are 2.5k+ for such simple little bumps. The insurance will use the valuation of 5100 against repair costs.
