Lols ah the old clio boot floor. "my bumper looks fine" Crazy how the clio bumpers show no damage when the boot floor gets it. Get a batton of wood and a heavy sledge hammer and knock it out as best as you can. Go to a bodyshop would be the best suggestion. They might do it quickly for free.

It'll most likely be the adjuster out the housing mate, it might have no adjuster, I had to put my adjusters from my standard headlights in the xenons to get them to work right.
