    Is it on the end of this hose? Which leeds down the side of the wheel arch for some stupid reason?

    I don't think my car has one? Maybe the old owner took it off, it's attached to the pipe on the in air feed that appears to go behind the wheel arch?

    mines 6 years old done 54k and needs a new gearbox (tiny crunch in 3rd nothing major), was my fault though in fairness, usual crap exhaust, but a s/s will sort that soon also had a hose leak, nothing much really.

    It won't ever handle like a 172 cup, as it's not one, 172 springs won't fit, you looked on the k-tec website? And yes any lightening will make it faster for obvious reasons.
