    Hello again

Welcome to the club mate, 3 of you over there now! Surely you're getting up to a point where you're a considerable amount of the population?

    clio 182 cup meets I.T.B :P

Good work mate, you didn't hang about. What did you end up doing with regards to the wiring? (It was me over at Mike's in case you didn't know).

    Insurance with alloys

If they're standard on the car no, even if they were an option you should really declare them iirc, but so many people don't know what was standard and what was an option, it's not something I think you'd really get stung over.

Dan, you do. I need mine spaced, the ph1's wheels sit far to far in as standard. Is that actually Chris?

I'm actually quite a fan of silver cars now, so I'm really liking that.

    Little clean & a re-dye

This was what I was going to say. Do the headrests hide them? If so, glue them in place.

    Trophy washed and waxed

Lovely. Quite like the harnesses too.

    Wheel bearing

Silly question, but it still does it when you drop the clutch and let off the loud pedal yes? The best option is to buy brand new Renault discs from Fred, as he does good prices. They come with bearings and ABS ring already, then get yourself a set of cheap pads, or as Fred to get you some...

help needed - Where on earth has this bolt come from?????

The other location isn't so easy to notice, the one Danny and I mention... but it is a more likely place for it to drop into the under tray. Underneath the battery and airbox.

    1970`s marcos restoration = )

Really can't wait to see this finished, keep it up.

help needed - Where on earth has this bolt come from?????

Looks like one of the bolts that either goes into the cambelt cover part of the top engine mount, or the ones that hold the metal bracket to the top gear box mount.

    iOS 4.3

I can't help it though, I'm a fan of the standard tone. (Well that's a lie, I'm a silent man myself, but when noise is a must, standard message tone is where it's at).

Is the 172/182 now a charver bucket?

I must say (and this is IMO, based upon MY location), but the ph1 is so rare to see on the road, that the chance of it being a "chav" are less than slim* *unless I'm driving past a row of shop windows and catch my reflection :o

Cold start = coughing, spluttering juddering for 1 minute, then fine

It's probably just moisture from where it's cold outside mate

    Nimbus Grey FF RS 197

It's got to be said, you're not very good with a camera. Nice car though.

Cold start = coughing, spluttering juddering for 1 minute, then fine

I was going to say as far as I'm aware it's common and not a problem.

    Mk1 1.4 AUTO - Exhaust different to manual ?

Why does it need another exhaust Rob?? Serious suggestion here, if it's that much of a banger, get a beer can, cut the top and bottom off, bit of exhaust paste and a good few jubilee clips, hole closed. (assuming it's got a hole in it)
