On friday I noticed 3 dings in my roof. Not sure when or how these were caused (could have been the hailstones we had a while ago). Is it possible to get these out without paying mega bucks?

My N80 makes a horrible noise when the vibration alert is on, i sh1t my pants this morning when the alarm when off. Is it supposed to do this? Also noticed that my slidey bit is a little loose
