Got a phone call this afternoon from Phones4u....
"Hello sir, this is phones for you confirming we have your iphone in stock. It is reserved under your name and no one else will be able to purchase it until after end of business tmrw, out of curiosity, what time are you turning up"
"8 a.m"...
The sport seats have lumbar support only on the drivers side, you need to tell your OH to STFU in my opinion, I had seats without lumbar for 4 years and never noticed.
Either that or buy coilies, lower it to the floor, and then buy him an xlow subframe bucket and really f**k his back up!
To clarify.
172 ph1 comes in Titanium silver AND Iceberg silver
172 ph2 comes only in Iceberg silver
182 ph2 comes only in Titanium silver
So if your car is Titanium and his is a 182, you're in.
I'd already changed mine over months ago to the "half minutes, infinite texts" contract as I text, A LOT, but only phone to say things like "Pub tonight? Half 8? See you there mate"
The only thing I'm losing is data, but I've never gone near 500mb
I have thought this through, ya know? :o
No you cannot.
My contract is in my brothers name, I asked if I could transfer the contract into my own name, they said no, I would just cancel and start a new contract, which I couldn't do
a) Because I wouldn't be allowed to pay off at £20 pcm as I wouldn't be "upgrading" to the iphone 4
b)...
I had six months left and am getting my iPhone4 for nothing other than a new 18 month contract.
Sold iPhone - £300
Pay off contract - £120
iPhone on 18 month £35p/m - £179
Total outlay - £-1.00
Just the sub? Or the amp aswell?
If its just the sub, its just a couple of speaker wires, a bit of tape on the end's and it'll be fine.
If its the amp, you can get away with taping them all up, seperately I must add. It'll be totally fine, the only wire of any concern is the battery one...
Easy to remove....
First off remove the speaker cover and remove/unplug the speaker....
Remove the grab handle torx screw, a t20 or t25 from memory (its often under a black cap, use a small screw driver to get this up), then the torx screw behind the interior opening handle, this is bigger, a...
Only thing I'm concerned about is getting the AC working in full, but I think if any buttons really don't wan to rewire, you could always mount it behind the existing button, so it presses it for you sort of thing....
I really want to do this now :(
Here's a thread you will want:
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=424998&highlight=ph2+dash+conversion&page=5
Also the normal mk2ph2 screen is small just like the ph1. So I assume is the exact same connector.
Right I'll post more as I read more, I'll probably spend my whole afternoon reading this now... lol!
It doesn't look easy but maybe we can figure it out between us? (with yours as the test mule ;))
I'm sure there are some threads to answer questions about that stuff, that screen you are referring to (I think) is a GPS screen mate.
I'll have a search on dash conversion stuff and get back to you :)
LOL! Why put the bumper on?
When I fitted my mk2 sport bumper, I was hungover, and Danny 172 was tired and it took us like 10 tried to get them in the right way, its just weird! lol!
One of two options, check is non sport ones fit. If so fit them. If so, get some sport ones.
Although tbh I imagin you could make them fit with a stanley.
You are being a grade A c**t today mate.
New user, asks a question, semi noob who thinks he's bad with 200 posts rips into him, user leaves.
In my experience mate you won't see much in the way of performance, but the noise gains are worth it.
