I’m pretty sure the crank sensor is the same mate, but there’s 2 types from memory. The plugs on the mk3 are also the 3 prong type.
Put a pic up and I’ll confirm on the crank sensor.
I’m afraid they do go at the bottom, so I hope you haven’t been rude to anyone on YT mate!
I can only think you’ve not got the crank pin in the correct position.
Well @Lewigi_69 congratulations on your effort. You’ve successfully managed to get a long standing PAYING member of Cs to deactivate his account due to your ‘standards’ being different to his.
You sir, can take yourself and your thread and f**k off. This forum prides itself on being a friendly...
I also opted for a Quaife over a gripper when I had my cup............and I rebuild boxes! Lol!!! My Quaife decision was because I cbfa taking a gearbox out of a mk2.
Whilst a gripper offers significant benefits, it didn’t out weigh my bone idleness. ?

You could buy a 182 cat and get that cut and shut into the place of your original cat, or anywhere that does exhausts should...
@200pedro @youngarthur the only drawback to running no front arch liners will be the amount of s**t that will find its way into the engine bay. You’ll also find that you may well end up getting a lot more stonechips down the side of the car due to to the front wing vents being open, as they...
Yeah I don’t think I could cope with that! I’m getting all flustered just thinking about it! Lol!
I’ve done Oulton, but never Anglesey or Croft. For me I prefer Donington, but Oulton was another rewarding circuit when you got it right.
Erm, regards the 200 as a daily, I’d tread carefully...
