After the ‘Ring incident mate, I fell out with it, so no I don’t miss it. Don’t get me wrong, it was a fuckin hoot to drive but having a/c in the 200 on days like this makes up for the power difference.
Took a nibbler to the inner skin and put it on aerocatches in all 4 corners. Weighed in at slightly heavier than a fg bonnet! Flapped like f**k, but never let go. Even on the limiter in 5th at 156mph. ?
You need to check the voltage that the alternators putting out for a start.
What size cable did you use?
Is the earth cable the same thickness as the positive cable?
Is it a good earth point that you’ve got?
Running a battery in the boot requires good quality thick cabling to cope with the flow.
