Getting the disc off is easier than you think, did mine recently as I was fed up pay for someone else to do it badly. Just chap the dust cap off the centre of the disc to get to the 30mm nut holding it to the stub. You will need a long bar as it's on very tight and maybe need a little heat with...
Make me an offer and let me know when you need them and I guess we can come to some arrangement between us regarding getting them to you as we're not so far away.
Something like this would work on a mac, http://www.obdtester.com/pyobd but freeware is usually limited in it's usefulness. Have a look around for compatible software you like and download full versions with serials or patches from a torrent site. If you...
If you can borrow a laptop get someone to download obd2 or scantool pro from piratebay or other torrent site. By elm327 lead on its own for a few quid and clear fault codes and reset them. Just sorted my disco dash out for less than a tenner.

looking to make some space so not storing until I return car to standard anymore, if you want more pics or info let me know I will get it to you.
If you're only putting 5mm spacers on each corner then you don't need to get longer ones, the standard ones will be fine. If you go wider than 10mm on each corner I would start to look for a type B fitting so you don't snap any bolts off in the hub with over tightening and/or hard cornering.

As long as your manifold isn't bent, the job is a lot easier than I thought it would be and I would have finished in about 3hrs for the lot. I got an extra 15mph over my usual on a short uphill stretch and that is on the same engine map plus when MOT time comes around it is far easier to get the...
Had the same problem with a second hand Ktec 182 mani and de-cat, must have been crash damaged and bent down towards rear of the mani so when tightened fully at the head the mani was pulled hard onto the subframe so that the engine would not move and when driving it sounded and felt like I was...
Re: Car Has been Wrote off again!
My aunt stays down in Yeadon and if her cars not being nicked she's crashing into someone, so it was probably her. Nobody was hurt, you live to drive and crash another day.
Probably gonna regret not taking up any of these buy now offers but as the auction on fleabay has started I'll let it run to Sunday now, sorry I couldn't be more help.
I'm having a clear out and looking to find a home for various parts(brakes, suspension, engine covers, air box, etc) kept in case I put my car back to standard format which I'm not going to do now. They are all listed on ebay with a 99p starting price so please have a look on this link and view...
I went for 520 x 90 after reading the 520 x 84 post. I measured up and didn't see the point ordering the 84 and I'm very glad I did. Not sure about the electrical tape look though, guess it's a bondage thing with the ring ;)
