    Thought I'd share....

James sold you the set off porkies car mate. They're still being done, just in smaller numbers as my machinist is happy to do them that way now.

    What is this spring rate?

Yeah too right! @Cub. is getting a set from j-tech as they're an authorised dealer. No hassle either. They're an epic bit of kit mate - I love mine so don't be put off thinking that you only have 1 option.

    What is this spring rate?

I got mine just before one Christmas and it took over 4 months to get the outstanding items I needed............ Honestly mate, it's such a shame he's a total bellend to deal with as he seriously let's the product down. For as long as my arsehole points to the floor I'll NEVER deal with him again.

    What is this spring rate?

They're 70n springs mate, so 400lb's there or there abouts. This is how you read them: 200 = length in mm 70 = rate in Newtons 51 = internal diameter He did the same to me so I told him I was going to drive down and shoot him. It was resolved!! You'll be fine on the 70's at the back mate tbh...

    Yanoo Kit

@Yanoo is the best man to answer this! I've got the stiff shift fitted in my cup and I love it. Great bit of kit and does exactly what it says on the tin. Mines the stiff shift 1, and from memory the stiff shift 2 and 3 are adjustable for stiffness. This is his website...

    Rod bearing number

It's called the big end bearing mate. They're about £30 a set from Renault from memory. Main bearings are where the crank lives and little ends are where the pistons and rods connect together.

    Fuel pipe size?

I'm pretty sure it's 8mm od pipe mate.

    Advice on setup

Full soft on the front, full stiff on the rear and up the tyre pressures as a starting point. Try it and adjust as necessary.

    Advice on setup

Mines stiffer than that mick (ooh er!) and it doesn't make the car skip.

    QUAIFE LSD FOR SALE

Green Track Cup - Back To Basics

They're quite awkward things to weld tbh mate. Normally the heat from welding causes tension elsewhere so they crack again. Need em in the oven so everything's at the same temperature.

It looks a lot tighter than it is in reality mate. There's not acres of space, but it's acceptable. It's no wizards sleeve. Lol

I've painted the inside of the carbon black to disguise it as well. No one needs to see what's what with the bonnet on!!

@M.C.. here you go - Can you see the inlet!
  23. NorthloopCup

Breaking cover......*AG content from page 45*

Exactly mate. No it's already been modified to suit mate. This inlet has been fitted to my original engine so I could get the majority of the fettling done. It all fits nice and subtle.

Yeah too right! Had to resist the temptation to shim the diff using the original shims earlier on tbh, but there's no point doing all this work to then cut corners. That's not how I work.

Clio 197 Race Car On Throttle Bodies

I'll just stick with R3 maxi stuff. If R3 maxi evo stuff comes up at sensible money I might have to consider it though. Or just buy it from r-sport.

Breaking cover......*AG content from page 45*

Yeah quite annoying that they're different tbh! You'd need a redtop 30 battery ideally as a 25 would be too small. There's a x85 cup racer battery and cage for sale in the for sale section! No mate eBay special that I've adapted for my car. Cheers Sonny! Oil cooler is tiny mate, but it's a...
