www.tempcover.com mate.
It's who I work for, would be looking at £20 - £30 for a day.
Any questions give me a ring on 08707873535 and ask for Luke. Only here 9-5:30 though!
Edit: btw this isn't me promoting/advertising, just helping! lol
Unlucky mate, meant to be doing combe when I get a new car in the new year, sorta puts me off lol.
Hope you get it sorted, have you tried websites like partsgateway.co.uk? Will usually be able to source stuff for you, not sure of price though.
Love the pic off the cliff, scares the s**t outta me at the same time though, I'm terrible with heights lol!
Only thing I would change would be the grey border for a black one.
I'm struggling to get anywhere under 2k at 19 for a 172, especially in my area. I really can't justify that on insurance so will probs look at getting a 106 gti for the next year or so before I bite the bullet and give in to an RS
Sorry to hear that mate, I know how you feel; my rear quarter was kicked in through vandalism. It's in the bodyshop next week though.
Good luck with getting it sorted mate
All inclusive seems to be the way forward, will be doing that next year 100% after self catering this year on a lads holiday, spent wayyy more than I probably needed too lol
I'd quite happily kick up a fuss with the council. It's one of their jobs to keep the roads in good condition, and it would be nice to see council tax being put to good use. You should have definatly have got something back from them about your damage! People claim off them for a lot less.
I...
Tbh it's a possibility. A mate of mine was doing 50 in a straight line in the wet, hit a bump and where he had kept his foot on the loud pedal he just span out.
If he could prove there was oil on the road at the time (photos etc), I would be writing to the council for compensation if I were him!
This may be me being naive but most bus stops I know of are in areas with lower speed limits, especially if was after a bend.
I'm glad your mate is ok though, could have been a lot worse by the look of things.
