Mine rubbed on the bumper bracket (since fully removed) and also on the inner arch tub itself. It mainly happens on full compression of the suspension for me. I run 205/50 15 r888's and I'm running 12.5mm wider track than a normal cup. This is done the correct way and not using spacers.

No ph2 doesn't have more space chip. My tyres knock the bollox out of the front inner wheel arches, but I am quite low.

Yes it's possible to buy individual inlet/exhaust valves from supertech mate. Shame about the failure.

It depends how low you go at the rear. If too low they do catch the bumper mate. 100%.

Just had a quick look on k-tecs website and the bolt spacing appears to be the same on a 1*2/197. 7 bolts secure it to the crank on both.

My 197 crank looks like this one.

Never paid any attention tbh mate. Post a pic up of the end of a 172 crank and I'll compare it to the 197.
