Little update from the last week. PMS shifter fitted, followed the advice on here. Fitted the new bearing to the turret, packed the linkage boot with heavy bearing grease and fitted the rod with lead shot. Bearing easy to do if it’s not in the car, and lead shot for anyone looking for it search...

Is that a lighten flywheel on a turbo car? Do you know what clutch is fitted? Also is there anything you’ve had to do to make it more reliable on track? Sorry for all the questions.

Afternoon all. Has anyone fitted this? Just wondering how hard the job is, also did it make any difference to keeping the fluid cooler? Did a track day at brands and kept spitting fluid out. Have seen that redline do a power steering fluid with a higher temp rating so might try that.

Evening all. My cup which has 105k miles has a very sloppy gear change. I’ve fitted the brass bushes, is there anything else I can change to tighten it all up again? Cheers

Just incase anyone is looking for one I found an identical one to the Renault one on Amazon for £10. Only differences I could find were the wires shorted so you need to cut and join it to your old Renault lead and it doesn’t have the second wire that plugs into the loom. Works perfectly fine in...

Thank you all. Kev at Kam racing recommended 7kg front just wonted to make sure that wouldn’t be too soft. I’ve got no idea what’s on the car currently. Looks like the springs might be blue under all the dirt. Only had it for about a month and just working my way through getting bits sorted.
