I have indeed, i suspect though that another 182 cup shell would be required, sure there's something in the regs that states you must use a particular chassis designation?
I did mate yeah, I've kept the original MC/servo but everything else was ripped out and replaced
You looking at the direct bolt on replacement from Compbrake?
Thanks mate
Yeah by all means give me a shout when you're ready 😁.
Hopefully I can muster up a bit of work, and stick a few quid in the racing fund at the same time 😉
Cheers @Daniel, if you're only Chepstow I could probably drop down and do it there if it's fairly flat?
I'm waiting on a new set of levelling pads and then all is good and ready to go
Thanks mate, you never know. I got out the trade a while ago but can't leave things alone, I gave up my last unit as we relocated with work and had struggled to find something suitable where we are now, but it looks like that'll be changing in the near future

Evening all
Not really sure where to list this, or if anyone would be interested but you never know
A few months ago I decided to take the plunge and buy all the kit I needed to set my race car up, corner scales, string alignment, camber gauge etc as I was struggling to either find anywhere or...
Couple of weeks (once I get the next race meeting out the way) and I should be good bud, forgot all about the tools lol, it's only the flaring tool isn't it 😂😂
I would have been tempted, but with the engine and box out of the 200, and waiting on coilovers to come back from a refurb on the race car I'm a little short on transport 😂 hopefully they're both ready for the bank holiday weekend as I'm back from Combe then for next race meeting

Late to the party as always but I can drag the 200 out if it's a road trip somewhere, if its circuit based that's the perfect excuse to load the mk2 up on the trailer for an outing.
Lydney/FoD based for reference
@jonno007 you racing in the hot hatches? I've been using the R022 cage for a couple of years and never had any issues in scrutineering, either at Combe or any other circuits
I had to go back to an OMP seat base after having the R022 cage fitted as my seat wouldn't fit with a Jon Foz base. I've got a custom made Motordrive seat which isn't the smallest, it fits in fine now but it gave all sorts of issues to begin with.
As mentioned above I've had to drill extra...
I use Partsouq for all my part number needs, has the Renault (among others) part system so you can look up pretty much whatever you want. Doesn't require login details, use the search function and away you go
Yeah, it gives the original curved shape back to the windows, and possibly slightly more rigidity. It is an additional cost but I think it looks a lot better than just a flat surface either bonded or bolted in place, I'll stick a pic in of my rear screen (still covered in protective wrap but...
I'd go with ACW, I've got their front ones and a rear screen (ACW do use photos of my rear screen on their website/fb etc), rear quarters currently on order. I had kept my distance for a while but now they're thermoforming the rear ones look a lot better.
Regardless of who you use if you don't...
Had 4 (I think 🤷♂️) Icebergs now, all ph2's. I'm more than a little biased but I like mixing it up with a splash of red, oh and the race car was affectionately named but the better half 😂
I'd wired it up fine previously. Car has been completely rewired and the garage carrying it out lost my original instructions for the 4 wires going to the column, hence the need
