Ive just welded the races for my black series bushes into my new wishbones, anybody any reccomendations for what to paint over the welds?
Also my rear brakes dont seem to be working, they clear the rust after hard braking but the discs dont heat up! Any ideas?

Need a bit of advice here chaps, after fitting these coilovers ive had a pretty loud knock from the p/s when turning at low speeds. The top mounts also dont sit even. Any thought why??

Thats the plan! I love how it looks. It might get treated to coilovers but other than that i dont see much sense in doing anything else. Back seats might come out for a carpet aswell mind you
They were hoghly recommended by the tyre guy but he said there wouldnt be many reviews on them because they are new? Would you say they were better than toyo t1r's?

Im getting 4 new ventus prime 2's fitted today, anyone rinning them or driven on them before? Reviws seem good. Main reason for getting them is i live in northern ireland so it dosnt make any sense to use tyres that arnt good in the wet and these apparently have an A wet grip rating

reversing sqitch to go in ( anyone sny ideas how to get the connector off the back?)
Have you tried changing/cleaning the crank positioning sensor? It also might be your ambient temp sensor for telling the car the outside temperature. Sometimes these can be known to cause starting issues as in some cars they affect the fueling on start up

Lovley looking car matey! It looks like that cable tie is holding together the black clip around the pipe which as that 8mm bolt into the fan. You could get a new clip out of a breakers or renault but id say the zip tie would do the job indefinately

Ive spent the last few weeks helping a mate get his car through mot and have neglected my own.
Good photo op
