I had a Twin Turbo Supra - and can confirm the above :devilish: Sold it for only £8k as well - plenty of smiles to the pound.
Took back a new WRX STi yesterday after a 2 day test drive.....awesome! I think someone has previously said an Evo makes you drive like a lunatic all the time - same...
I dont post much on this site - but thought this worthy........
Reading GQ magazine this month and there is a feature about Sir Terry of Henryville and the VaVaVoom ad........ his current car (Amongst others he wouldnt name!) is a 172 - but he is looking forward to the delivery of his 182...
For what its worth - the Vrs is getting fantastic reviews from all the press Ive seen. Not lightning away from standing start - but in gear acceleration is supposed to be outstanding. Build quality etc is also sorted (thanks to VW group influence)...

Performance etc...

Is easy to say - but I am glad I have had it - just a bit of a...
Hi all
As you may know - I am getting closer to buying a 172 (or Cup), and have been browsing the boards for as much info as I can find.
The general opinion seems to be that there is a big question mark over build quality, reliability and most of all Service from Dealers / Renault Garages...
Being as polite as possible this has been debated to death and a simple search will give you days worth of material to read.
Apologies for this mate - guess I just posted before thinking
Really depends what your after, what kind of driving do you do?
Nothing too dramatic - 30...
