I use Elf 15w50 Competition ST oil in mine, its down to what purpose your using you car for, Use the same oil in my Escort and Sierra Cosworth and my Impreza type-r....
How did you manage that, from 5th to second :fearscream:....... Is your gear linkage standard setup or do u have a quick-shift setup??? Im surprised it actually went into 2nd gear at 80mph.....
Where do i start, engine is a semi closed deck block which has been forged, 1m oversized pistons, 2.5 crank, all arp bolts and uprated head gaskets, heads are v4 with standard cams.. Turbo is a MD 555 ceramic coated, uprated headers, miltek echaust, front mount including top mount charge cooler...

Hmmm, just done a search on here, mixed reviews regarding this plug... Has anyone used them without any problems??? You'd think with it having 4 prongs and being Bosch, it would be a superior plug over standard but now, im having second thoughts....
Have a set of these to fit in my 182 running itb's.. Cant seem to find any info regarding these plugs, has anyone had any experience with these plugs???
