    hi zacb, ive went in deep and started to do the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, dephaser pulley, aux belt and tensioner. I've did wee bits here and there like spark plugs oil filter and air filter. It's lying in bits just now as it's a second car. It's an ok base but at the end of the day...

    Hi guys, I'm in the middle of doing my dephaser timing belt and water pump. There's a metal weight at the engine mount. The one at the top of the engine. I've taken it off to get more access. Is there any issues on leaving it off or is there a reason why it's there? Thanks in advance, T man.
