Need some help with getting the boot lock off (the bit with the button and diamond). I've removed the trim and can see three nuts holding it on, now will taking the three nuts off and removing it affect the alarm/central locking? Cheers in advance for peoples help

Need some help guy's I'm trying to remove the badge on my steering wheel so I can paint it but can't seem to shift the flipping thing. I've tried pulling it and prising it with a screw driver (covered with a cloth of course). Do I have to take the airbag off or should it just pull off?

I decided to paint my dash trim/inserts Going to try my engine cover next,just got a question about preping it for those who have painted theirs. Did you sand it down so it was smooth or just cleaned any oil, grease and dirt off it then sprayed it?
