does anyone if the loom plugs for the 182 cup brake light and the normal 172 brake light are the same? i have been told they are different, how do you go about pluging inthe 182 brake light to the 172 loom? is there an adapter that has a renault part number?

That wont work, due to the glue/ plastic welding the pins are larger then the hole they need to pass through, need to find out how to budge this glue. It might be a case of having to snap th pins off and then using glue again to reattach the badge but just want to know what others have done and...

Its a new unit, the lable saying to cut that wire for a Sony ect HU is still there. My guess is its that cheaper cable too, im going to have to have a play around with it tonight to further trouble shoot the issue
