Hi all, Just asking for some advice i have a 51 reg 172, occassionally i get a knock noise when i lift off the acelerator, either to brake or change down gear...dunno what it is, but sounds like its coming from the front drivers side area...... any ideas???

when is it 3 years old mate?? i would consider taking it to a local "trustworthy" garage i have found one and get it mot'ed and full service for about £150- £170 - mine is a 2001 mk2 172 and done 30k and running like new!
