    Temp guage...

    Have noticed the revs are slightly higher when the guage reads cooler and I'm guessing the sender and sensor are one and the same, which means the economy will suffer. I can't see the part being expensive so I think I will replace and as the service is due I'll treat it to some new coolent also...

    Everything is as normal on warm-up but from there the needle moves from just above to just below centre. Up until now the needle has remained rock-solid just above central on the guage which is the same as my friends Trophy and my previos car, a Clio 172.

    In preparation for Oulton Park later this month I'll be fitting my new H&R coilovers to my 2005 182 Clio cup sometime this week. Can anyone tell me what to set the camber at bearing in mind the car is used mainly on the roads with maybe 2 or 3 trackdays a year? Thanks in advance.

    Yes Neil it's the open cone, it's the one I'm using at the moment and to be honest I don't notice any performance gains or losses, but it does sound great! I have swapped around from oe to K&N using an "AP-22 Race-Technology" performance meter and this has shown no difference in acceleration...
